Capstone Real Estate Group, a privately-held real estate investment and management firm based in Madison, NJ is currently seeking an intern to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunityfor someone considering entering the field of commercial real estate andinvestment.  This internship will allowyou to work in an exciting, dynamic company learning commercial real estateinvestment, asset and property management, and investment sales.  You will be involved in all aspects of thebusiness analytical support, lease analysis, modelling, asset management,contacting potential tenants for existing portfolio assets, assisting duringthe acquisitions due diligence process, and preparing various reports forlenders and investors.

Ideal candidates should possess the following:

•        Basic understanding of real estate business and strong interest to work in the commercial real estate and investment industry.
•        Pursuing a Real Estate (preferred), MBA, Finance, or Accounting major. Recent business graduates and current students from reputable universities are encouraged to apply.
•        Excellent analytical and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
•        Must be a team player capable of working in a collaborative environment, yet also able to work independently.
•        Effective communications skills, both written and oral.
•        Must be excellent in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Knowing Argus is a plus.
