Accounting Manager

【Job Summary】
Weare seeking a talented individual for the Accountant position located
in New York.We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package and
a dynamic and professional work environment.

【Job Description】
Responsibilities will include:
• Accounting analysis and reconciliation for company accounts,
• Prepare and record journal entries and ensure integrity of financial data
• Perform high-transactional bank reconciliations,
• Collaborate with a/r and a/p to ensure timely recording of bank activity
• Detailed daily cash management reporting
• Maintain financial regulatory reporting calendar and ensure all required internal and external reporting deadlines are met
• Audit participation as directed
• Ongoing review for process improvement,
• Assist in preparing accounting regulatory reporting
• All responsibilities performed in accordance with GAAP and company policy
Required Background/Skills:
• Fluency in both Chinese and English
• Two years experience as a Accountant in a fast paced environment better
• College degree required
• Polished, articulate, and detail-oriented
• Advanced Computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to interact professionally with employees of all levels within
thefirm; strong communication skills are highly desirable
