Project Management Intern
Job Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects 2. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget 3. Ensure resource availability and allocation 4. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress 5. Report and escalate to management as needed 6. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors 7. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Job Requirements: 1. Minimum of a bachelor’s degree 2. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 4. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills 5. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Social Media Intern
Job Responsibilities: 1. Contribute to website re-design project for various brands and products 2. Monitor and post on blogs, forums, and social networks 3. Online outreach and promotion using Facebook, MySpace, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more 4. Website and social media optimization 5. Keyword analysis
Job Requirements: 1. Background in Marketing, Communication, or other related discipline. 2. Strong communication skills. 3. Proficient in Microsoft Suite Office. 4. Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments. 5. Creative and Flexible. 6. Familiarity with social networking sites desired
