We are currently seeking energetic,enthusiastic individuals with exceptional customer service skills, both overthe phone and in person. Candidates must have the ability to manage multipletasks and be highly detailed oriented. Responsibilities

·       Maintain the company’s reception area,including, but not limited to, welcoming all guests in professional manner,answering the telephone and directing calls to the appropriate staff member, andmaintaining conference room schedules
·       Operate office equipment such as fax machine,copier, and multiline phone system, handle incoming and outgoing mails;
·       Monitor the use of equipment and supplies forall locations. Ensure that office is equipped with necessary supplies;
·       Report building issues to maintenance and ensureresolution;
·       Prepare various correspondence, reports andforms as needed;
·       Perform other tasks/responsibilities asrequested to support the business operations.

Qualifications:


  • Demonstrated     knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures;
  • Ability to     communicate with internal staff and external guests in a professional     manner;
  • Must possess     “can-do” attitude, positive demeanor and welcoming personality;
  • Strong     written and verbal communication skills required;
  • Excellent     interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to provide outstanding     customer service;
·       Verbal communication in Chinese is required. Familiarity withwritten language and culture will be a plus;

  • Must possess     strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Proven     ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Excellent     computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Package     (MS Word, Excel,     Outlook) and the internet;
  • Process     culture sensitivity in all activities involving individuals of diverse     backgrounds.
  • Prefer financial industry background
