My family and I are currently residing at Gotham Point and are looking for someone to take over the lease of this beautiful 3-bedroom unit. We are relocating closer to my job beginning late August and are hoping to find someone to take over the lease asap. The current lease ends on April 29, 2025. Our unit features 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, along with an in-unit washer and dryer. All three bedrooms offer stunning city views. The rent is $7,495, which includes full amenities (utilities are separate). However, we will provide 1 month free on the 8 month lease take over, which brings the net rent to $6,558 / month. The unit will be professionally cleaned before the next tenant moves in.From personal experience, coming from a family with 2 toddlers, we have had only positive experiences residing at Gotham Point.
