Description
- Build sales team, motivate new hires to achieve sales goals, and mentor them to exceed sales limit
- Training entry-level sales, supervise sales team
- Work with different sales teams, manage sales team
- Develop new sales opportunities by utilizing professional networks
- Build and maintain relationships with channels and affiliates
- Manage and lead customer service efforts pertinent to customer
- Host weekly meetings with sales teams and management teams
Requirement
- A minimum of 5 year sales experience, 2 year management experience, merchant service or cash advance experience preferred
- Managed 10+ sales person experience
· Strong desire and self-motivation tosucceed in a competitive market, function asa role model to team members
- Ability to work independently and driven by results
- Excellent critical thinking and persuasive communication skills
- Inspiring new hires, being an optimist and interpersonal person
- Presentation skills and proven ability to engage audiences
- Proven sales track record and leadership experience
- College degree preferred
