Summary: The Assistant will workdirectly with Sales and Manager, responsible for tracking and assisting in thegeneration of client proposals requested by managers. This role is responsiblefor communicating with clients, with a primary focus on retention and satisfaction. Responsibilities: · Generate clientproposals · Communicate with projectleads to develop proposals · Provide professionalcustomer interaction · Assist managers withplanning and scheduling of activities. · Assist document controlwith controlled drawing and work pack sets · Coordinate and arrangemeetings including agenda preparation, meeting invitations, reserving andpreparing facilities and resources and arranging offsite meetings as requested. · Maintain contact listsand calendars in Outlook. · Type or enterinformation into computer to prepare correspondence or other documents. · Assist with other dutiesas assigned. Qualifications: The ideal candidate willhave: · College degree · Experience in aprofessional/business environment · Proficiency in MicrosoftWord and Excel · Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills. · Excellent organization · The ability toprioritize high-importance items · Sales experiencepreferred · Language skills:English, Mandarin, Korean or Spanish preferred |
