Asset Management Manager

【Job Summary】

We are seeking a full-time
talented manager, who will work as part of a team andmaximize the
performance and value of the company's portfolio of real estateassets
that are owned through acquisitions. Since we operate the hotel,
resortor conference center as well as expand them, the asset management
manager shouldbe experienced in hotel management and construction
management.  

【Job Description】

Responsibilities will include:·Assist in all aspects of the administrative,financial, capital and operations of the assigned portfolio.·Cooperatewith
third party management company to improve the performance of the
realestate assets. Oversee third party property managers and leasing
agents.·Join theregular meeting on behalf of the owner.·Collect thefinancial reports of the real estate assets and report to the supervisor.·In chargeof the extension of the building and make sure the quality and schedule of theconstruction. Required Background/Skills:·Fluency inboth Chinese and English.·Bachelors’Degree required with a concentration in business, finance, accounting and/orreal estate·Polished,articulate, and detail-oriented·Over threeyears’ experience in hotel management or construction management Interview Process & Timing:·Rollinginterview process.·Interviewsbegin end-March.·Looking tofill this position as soon as possible.
