Program Consultants represent our internationally renowned Career Coaching Program, which teaches our clients the skills necessary to compete for top jobs at elite international companies like PwC, Morgan Stanley, RBS, and JP Morgan, amongst many others. Ideal candidates for the program are self-motivated, good at influencing people, and bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English. All new hires are inducted into the Mandarin Consulting Career Development Program. This program provides you with invaluable work experience that gives you a competitive edge in today’s increasingly global workplace. You will learn and apply essential business skills such as: relationship building, teamwork, sales and marketing techniques, leading seminars, customer service, Salesforce CRM, and time management. What The Future Holds Thanks to our rapid global expansion, the future of the company also holds opportunities to work abroad. We currently have offices in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Beijing, and New York, with plans to expand to Canada, Australia, and across the United States. More importantly, we are seeking to rapidly develop strong sales performers into team leaders. Trainee Program Consultants who pass the training will be offered a permanent position in the company with a fast track to salaried leadership positions. The company will sponsor permanent employees and aid in immigration matters. Permanent employees will be equipped with a business laptop and business mobile phone. ABOUT THE JOB The Program Consultant will: Achieve sales targets using sales and marketing techniques Research the university market and gain access to ambitious Chinese students on campus Build relationships with university organizations in order to organize regular on-campus seminars Explain the benefits of our career coaching program to motivate suitable students and graduates to enroll Give feedback to management about the needs of prospective clients This is a full-time consultative sales position with a flexible schedule. Compensation is based solely on commission. There is unlimited earning potential, and Program Consultants are provided with on-going training and support. Our marketing department works hard to develop the market in order to enable your success. JOB REQUIREMENTS Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English (you will be speaking with Chinese international students) Determined, focused, and results-driven Strong persuasion, articulation, and interpersonal skills Strong desire to help and nurture others Flexibility to travel to campuses in New York City Degree earned at an accredited American university Previous sales experience preferred but not essential HOW TO APPLY Please attach a brief cover letter to your résumé (preferably in the same file) answering the following questions.
