• Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
• Innate ability to understand process, think outside the box and work well with others.
• Communicates clearly and concisely in both oral and written contexts, and comfortable giving and receiving feedback.
• Knowledge of MS Office applications, experience with MS Project or equivalent - preferred.
• 4 year college degree, 2015 or 2016 grads preferred, with analytical discipline

應聘條件

• Bachelors of Science Degree in Business, Information Technology, or equivalent education or experience in strongly analytical field
• Experience either in the technical execution or in business process development
• Experience & knowledge of accessing mainframe data for analysis and presentation of results to management (ex. Obie, excel, etc.)
• Experience & knowledge with TMS Data Systems Business Applications
  

3.Business Analyst 商業分析師

工作內容

• Build extensive models with an understanding of effective report/dashboard design and standards. Be able to translate data analysis into business recommendations and be able to clearly articulate and present findings.
• Assist in E-Commerce business planning efforts by scoping the impact of business and website changes, forecasting the impact of potential future initiatives. Will work with web metrics such as conversion, traffic, and average order value, etc. and look at KPIs across devices.
• Aid in the planning process by developing models to forecast traffic, conversion, demand, expenses, etc.
  

應聘條件

• BA/BS from a top school
• Minimum of 2 years of consulting/investment banking/finance experience with both quantitative and qualitative analytical experience
• A love of numbers, analyses and Excel. PowerPoint is a must
