Job Description:
Jewel Capital Inc. is looking for two full time Business Development Officers todevelop new partnerships and commercial real estate loans in the NYC metro area.This position will be working directly with the firm’s director of businessdevelopment.


Responsibilities:
1) Leverages networks with existing client and develop new partnerships
2) Discover new commercial real estate loans opportunities
3) Brand maintenance and promotion


Requirement:
1) Quick learner
2) Honest and reliable
3) Team player
4) Responsible
5) Strong communication skills
6) Ability to work under pressure
Specifically, the successful candidate’s experience / qualities will include:
1) 1+ years related working experience
2) Basic knowledge in commercial real estate loans
3) Proficient in one or more languages: Cantonese, Fuzhounese, English, Korean,Japanese
4) U.S. citizen and green card holder preferred
