Summary:

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our growing team. You’ll beworking closely with our marketing team on a wide variety of projects includingdesigning and producing print collateral, signage, online graphics and otherneeded media. Graphic Designer will create new design materials, update currentdocuments and components to maintain brand consistency, and participate ingenerating marketing ideas for the company.

What we’re looking for in you:

• We expected that you have a strong grasp of typography, color theory and design hierarchy.
• You have great communication skills.
• Create compelling visual concepts for a wide variety of products and services including but limited to the following: Websites, email campaigns, infographics, brochures, multi-page layouts, mailers, PowerPoint presentations, and interactive PDFs.
• Involves regular collaboration with internal client groups and marketing team.
• Strong knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop is required.
  

What We Need

• Proficiency in Adobe software (Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, etc.)
• Understands the fundamentals of HTML and CSS are not required, but it’s a plus
• Working knowledge of MS Office suite; experience with PowerPoint
• Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
• A quick learner with good problem solving skills
• Results driven with the ability to think outside of the box
• Must have a keen eye for design and photography, and strive to develop aesthetically pleasing end results
• An understanding of the latest design trends and their role within a commercial environment
• Strong communication, time management, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work and think independently, a motivated self-starter who also works well in a larger team

职位描述:

1.  负责公司网站专题页面的美术设计、制作及图片处理工作。

2.  需要负责策划网站和建设，配合后台完成网站的制作及维护工作。具备平面设计、网站设计经验。

3.  负责公司市场宣传产品的创意和设计，banner设计， 广告设计 logo设计等，参与市场的推荐会布展，提高推介会的宣传效果；

4.  根据公司品牌宣传定位及宣传方案，进行构思、策划和组织，负责协助完成及美化PPT方案；

5.  熟练应用 Photoshop、Illustrator、InDesign 等平面设计软件。

6.  设计兴趣浓厚，视觉表现独到，具有丰富的想象力及创新意识；

7.  与协作方沟通，保证各类设计项目在既定时间内保质完成；

岗位要求：

1. 美术、平面设计、广告等相关专业，相关工作经验，

2. 熟练使用相关平面设计软件（photoshop、Illustrator、Indedign）。

3. 工作条理清晰，认真负责。

4. 具有良好的沟通协调能力，认真负责，能够独立完成设计工作。

5. 具有深厚的美术功底和良好的创意，对网页设计排版、配色有独到见解；

6. 能够实时把握平面及网页设计的流行趋势，提出崭新的创新策略；
